HISTORY: On May 27, 1978 at the Olympic Auditorium in Los Angeles WBC World Welterweight champion Carlos Palomino defended his title against Armando Muniz. Palomino won a unanimous 15 round decision.
Offered here is the original scorecard prepared by and signed by Arthur Mercante who did the color commentary for this fight with announcer Howard Cosell. Both scored it 11-4 rounds for Palomino.
