Terms and Conditions:
1. Shipping will be added to each order. Shipping is determined by method of shipping, size, value and weight of item and shipping location.
2. NYS residents add 8.625% sales tax.
3. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal are accepted for online sales.
4. JO Sports, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order.
5. Prices stated may be updated and changed at any time.
6. Payment is payable to: JO Sports, Inc. and is due within 7 days of order.
7. Payment by Money order, bank checks, wire transfers, credit card order and order by Paypal results in immediate shipment. Personal checks must first clear prior to shipping.

9. Payment can be made through Paypal at our account: chamiton@aol.com (note no L in account name).
10. We guarantee foreign shipping only if done by Fedex.

AUTOGRAPH POLICY:

Each autograph sold will come with a Letter Of Opinion from JO Sports, Inc. certifying our opinion the autograph is genuine. Any third party authentication will be provided to the purchaser if included in our description with the item. We do not rely upon third party authentication, but guarantee any autograph we sell will pass the authentication of JSA, PSA/DNA, SGC or Beckett. This guarantee does not apply to autographs rendered "no opinion" by any of these third party authenticators.
