On March 8, 1971 undefeated champions Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier squared off in Madison Square Garden in New York to decide who the true World Heavyweight champion was. After 15 rounds Joe Frazier emerged victorious in what was undoubtedly his finest moment as a professional fighter. Offered here is a very rare souvenir pennant for this event which has been signed by Joe Frazier.
This is an original, illustrated souvenir pennant. It is felt. Boldly signed in black marker by Joe Frazier. Color is slightly faded by age. Print and fighter illustrations are bold. No tack holes. Not creased or torn. Extremely rare pennant. 29 inches long.
