ARCHIBALD, JOEY-LEO RODAK WORKING PRESS PASS (1939)

On April 18, 1939 at the Rhode Island Auditorium in Providence featherweights Joey Archibald and Leo Rodak battled for the world featherweight title. Archibald prevailed winning a unanimous 15 round decision and the crown. Offered here is a rare, original working press pass for this event which was used to gain admittance to the arena.
This is an original, numbered, Working Press Pass which names the fighters. Bold color and print. Clean front and back. Mild creases in upper corners. 2 1/2" x 4 1/4."
