HISTORY: On May 31,1938 (postponed from May 26th) at the Madison Square Garden Bowl in Long Island City, New York Henry Armstrong met Barney Ross for the Welterweight Title. Armstrong would take the title from Ross by a 15 round unanimous decision. Armstrong would hold the World Featherweight, Lightweight and Welterweight Titles simultaneously. Presented here is an original, full, unused, on site ticket for this event. Authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA with cert # 74771110 and graded VG 3.
