On March 14, 1956 at Chicago Stadium welterweight champion Carmen Basilio defended his title against Johnny Saxton. Saxton upset Basilio winning a unanimous 15 round decision and the title. Offered here is an original working press pass for this fight.
This is an original press pass printed on heavy stock. Bold color and print. Pass has numerous creases and a tear at top center which is tape repaired. Writing on back. 3 1/8" x 3 1/2."
