On October 26, 1962 at City Auditorium in Atlanta world heavyweight champion Freddie Blassie defended his title against the 7 foot tall, 350 lb. challenger from Kentucky Jake Smith. Smith prevailed defeating Blassie and winning the title (Georgia version). Offered here is a rare, original, on site poster for this event.
