BRITTON, JACK-JOHNNY GRIFFITHS ANTIQUE PHOTOGRAPH (1915)

On December 28, 1915 at Winter Garden in Akron, Ohio future welterweight champion Jack Britton fought Johnny Griffiths. Griffiths was the better fighter and won a 12 round decision. Offered here is an original, antique photograph showing the two squaring off before the fight.
