CARNERA, PRIMO-PAT REDMOND FULL TICKET (1931)

On June 15, 1931 (postponed from June 10th) at Ebbets Field in Brooklyn future world heavyweight champion Primo Carnera fought Pat Redmond in the main event. Carnera knocked Redmond out in the very first round. Gene Tunney, Floyd Gibbons and New York City Mayor James J. Walker attended this fight. New York Times reported the attendance at 25,000. Offered here is a very rare, original, full ticket for this event.
