COLAN, JOHNNY-JIMMY WEBB FULL TICKET (1942)

On March 13, 1942 at Madison Square Garden in New York Johnny Colan and Jimmy Webb met in a main event light heavyweight contest. These two had fought to a draw a month earlier, but in this fight Colan dominated from the outset and stopped Webb in the 2nd round. Offered here is a scarce, original, on site, full, unused ticket for this event.
This full, unused ticket names the fighters and includes a section, row and seat number. Bold color and print. Light toning from aging, otherwise clean front and back. Not creased or torn. Minor edge wear. 2 1/4" x 6."
