CRIQUI, EUGENE ORIGINAL ANTIQUE PHOTO

Eugene Criqui was born on August 15, 1893 in France. He won the Featherweight Championship of the World on June 2, 1923 after knocking out Johnny Kilbane. He retired after defeating Benny Carter on March 19, 1928.Criqui was also a war hero in WW I. Presented here is an antique photo of Eugene Criqui in the service in 1923.
This first generation photo measures 5 inches by 7 inches.The photo is laminated.There is a large vertical crease running down the entire left side/The rest of the photo shows minor wear.The back has a stamp with info on the photo and writing in ink and pencil.The image is vivid.
