DELANEY, JACK-MIKE MCTIGUE FULL TICKET (1927)

Mike McTigUe, of New York, and Jack Delaney, of Bridgeport. Conn., were matched to battle 15 rounds at Yankee stadium on July 7, 1927 at which time Delaney’s light-heavyweight Championship would have been at stake. The boxers signed for the bout in Tex Rickard’S office. The fight was initially postponed and eventually cancelled. Offered here is an original full ticket for the event.
