On October 27, 1988 at the Felt Forum in New York former world heavyweight champion Michael Dokes fought Cutis Isaac in a featured bout. Dokes stopped Isaac in the 4th round. Also on the show lightweight Edwin "Chapo" Rosario knocked out Juan Minaya in the 4th round and in a welterweight bout Aaron "Superman" Davis won a close ten round split decision over Horave Shufford.
