HISTORY: Nat Fleischer was born in 1887 and was an American boxing reporter and historian. He founded the Ring Magazine in 1922 and began the annual Ring Record Book in 1942. He died in 1972. Presented here is an original photograph of Nat Fleischer which he has boldly signed and inscribed. From the collection of former Boxing Illustrated writer Ralph Pollack who had the photo signed by Nat Fleischer in the mid 1940's at Stillman's Gym in New York City.
