HISTORY: On March 4, 1966 at Madison Square Garden in New York heavyweights Jerry Quarry and Tony Alongi met in the main event. After 10 rounds the fight was declared a draw. Alongi was knocked down in the 7th. On the undercard future world heavyweight champion Joe Frazier fought Dick Wipperman. Frazier stopped Wipperman in the 5th round.
