FRAZIER, JOE-TERRY DANIELS BROADSIDE (1972)

On January 15, 1972 World Heavyweight Champion Joe Frazier defended his title against Terry Daniels at The Rivergate Convention Center in New Orleans. This was Frazier's first defense since his epic battle with Muhammad Ali in March, 1971. Frazier was looking for an easy touch and Daniels was just what the doctor ordered. Frazier dominated from the outset and stopped Daniels in the fourth round. Presented here is a broadside from this bout.
This broadside is 8 1/4" x 10 1/2" and pictures both fighters. There is a stray mark in the center, otherwise it is clean. No creases, rips or tears.
