HISTORY: On June 21, 1949 at Wilmington Park, Wilmington, Delaware Rocky Graziano fought Bobby Claus in the main event. FGraziano knocked out Claus in the 2nd round. Graziano was down for a count of two in the first, Bobby takes five nine counts before the ko. "I didn't know I was in a fight until I found myself on the floor" Rocky Graziano. Brutal fight. Boxing promoter Ralph Tribuani acquired a license for Graziano, who was barred everywhere by the National Boxing Association and by the New York State Athletic Commission in New York, to fight in Delaware, which led to the NBA's and the NYSAC's reinstatement of Graziano.
