GRIFFITH, EMILE SIGNED BOXING HALL OF FAME PAPERWEIGHT

HISTORY:  Emile Griffith was born on February 3, 1938 in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. He won the World Welterweight Title from Benny Paret on April 1, 1961. He won the World Middleweight Title on April 25, 1966 from Dick Tiger. He retired after losing to Alan Minter on July 30, 1977 with a final record of 85-24-2 with 1 no contest and 23 KO's.  Offered here is a commemorative International Boxing Hall Of Fame paperweight which has been signed by Emile Griffith.
