LEONARD, BENNY THEATRE BROADSIDE

Benny Leonard was born on April 7, 1896 in New York City, New York. He won the World Lightweight Title on May 28, 1917 from Freddie Welsh. He retired after losing to Jimmy McLarnin on October 7, 1932 with a final record of 180-21-6 with 6 no decisions and 69 KO's. Presented here is a theater broadside.
This theater broadside is 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and pictures Benny Leonard. There is some light soiling along the edges and the upper left corner is ripped. There are smaller rips along the right edge. There are small creases along the left side and there is a horizontal crease in the center of the broadside.
