Benny Leonard was born on April 7, 1896 in New York City, New York. He won the World Lightweight Title on May 28, 1917 from Freddie Welsh. He retired after losing to Jimmy McLarnin on October 7, 1932 with a final record of 180-21-6 with 6 no decisions and 69 KO's. Presented here is an antique wirephoto of Benny Leonard.
This antique wirephoto of Benny Leonard is 6 1/2" x 8 1/2." The bottom corners are clipped and there are tack holes along the edges. There are creases in the upper corners and along the edges. There are marks where the photo was used in print.
