HISTORY: On August 18, 1936 at Yankee Stadium in New York heavyweights Joe Louis and Jack Sharkey squared off in an important division match. Louis continued his advancement in the division stopping the former champion Sharkey in the 3rd round. This would be Jack Sharkey's final professional fight.
