On March 6, 1989 at the Lawlor Events Center in Reno, Nevada Ray "Boom Boom" Mancini and Hector "Macho" Camacho battled for the vacant world light welterweight title. Camacho prevailed winning a close, split 12 round decision and the title. Offered here is an original, official press kit for the event which was distributed to the media.
