HISTORY: Jimmy McLarnin was born on December 19, 1906 in Inchacore, Ireland. He won the World Welterweight Title in a bout against Young Corbett III on May 29, 1933. He retired after fighting Lou Ambers on November 20, 1936 with a final record of 63-11-3 with 20 KO's. Presented here is a vintage signed photo.
FULL DESCRIPTION: Jimmy McLarnin has boldly signed this 6 1/2" x 10" photo in black ink. He has inscribed it, "To Jones O'Connor Sincerely Jimmy Mc Larnin." The photo is horizontally creased toward the top of the photo. The corners are soft and there are a few small creases along hte bottom. No rips or tears. Clean signature.
