On November 6, 1948 at Wembley Stadium in Johannesburg, South Africa light heavyweights Freddie Mills and Johnny Ralph fought in the main event. Mills prevailed knocking Ralph out in the 8th round. Offered here is an original souvenir pin for this event.
This is a rare, metallic souvenir pin which pictures both fighters. Bold, clear images and bold color. Pin firmly attached to back. Slight pitting on back. No dents or scratches. 1 1/4" in diameter. Rare, the first we have seen.
