HISTORY: On June 22, 1955 Archie Moore fought Carl "Bobo" Olson at the Polo Grounds in New York. At stake was the World Light Heavyweight Title which Moore had won from Harold Johnson ten months earlier. Olson was the World Middleweight Champion having won that title in 1953. Moving up in weight to challenge the crafty Moore was a mistake. Olson was knocked out in 3 rounds. Presented here is the official program for that event.
