HISTORY: On November 10, 1956 at the Arena in New Haven, Connecticut Sugar Ray Robinson won a unanimous ten round decision over Bob Provizzi. The champ finished in good shape and was given a 48-38 edge in points on a maximum five points a round allowed in Connecticut. Provizzi, who kept Robinson hustling, suffered a cut eyebrow in the fourth round that was opened several times. Oakland Tribune November 11, 1956.
