TIGER, DICK-ROCKY RIVERO ON SITE POSTER (1965)

On Friday, March 12, 1965 at Madison Square Garden in New York, former Middleweight Champion Dick Tiger fought Rocky Rivero in a scheduled ten rounder. Tiger stopped Rivero in the 6th round following the first knockdown of the fight by Tiger. Presented here is an official on site poster for the event.
This on site poster pictures both fighters. There is some minor soiling and a few light stains. A small tear on the left border with no loss of cardboard. There is a crease down the center which has tape on back reinforcing it. Cardboard measuring 22" x 28". A scarce poster, the first we have seen from this fight.
