WILLIAMS, IKE SIGNED PHOTO

Isiah (Ike) Williams wsa born on August 2, 1923 in Brunswick, Georgia. He won the NBA Lightweight Title on April 18, 1945 in a bout with Juan Zurita. He won the vacant World Lightweight Title on August 4, 1947 in a bout with Bob Montgomery. He retired after his August 12, 1955 fight with Beau Jack with a final record of 123-25-5. Presented here is an ink signed photo of Ike Williams.
Ike Williams has boldly signed this 8" x 10" photo in brown ink. He has inscribed it, "To my good friend Martin Karp, and his wonderful family- Always good luck - Sincerely "Ike" Williams 9-12-80." There are creases in the corners and along the bottom edge. There are several creases in the lower right side. Clean signature.
