HISTORY: Young Jack Redmond (born Henry Fred Hoppe) was an American featherweight and lightweight contender who fought between 1904 and 1921. In his career he fought many of the greats in those divisions including: Ad Wolgast, Battling Nelson, Eddie McGoorty, Jack Britton, Rudy Unholz, Leach Cross and Freddie Welsh.
