HISTORY: Joe Louis fought Jim Braddock on June 22, 1937 at Comiskey Park in Chicago for the Heavyweight Championship. Louis, down early in the fight rallied and knocked Braddock out in the 8th round to win the World Heavyweight Title. Offered here is a scarce original Dressing Room Pass for this event. Authenticated by PSA/DNA and graded EX 5.
FULL DESCRIPTION: This is an original, two sided, Dressing Room Pass which names the fighters, date and is numbered. Bold color and print. Includes original wrist string. Not creased or torn. Minor edge wear. Very minor discoloration. Irregularly shaped to 2 1/4" x 4 1/8." Rare, the first we have offered. Authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA and graded EX 5 with cert # 74771122.
