CHAVEZ, JULIO CESAR-MELDRICK TAYLOR II SOUVENIR PIN (1994)

On September 17,1994 Julio Cesar Chavez met Meldrick Taylor at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas for the second time with his WBC Light Welterweight title on the line. Their first meeting ended in controversy with Chavez stopping Taylor in the final seconds of a fight Taylor was well ahead on points. In this fight Chavez dominated and won the bout by TKO in the 8th round. Offered here is an original souvenir pin for this event.
