BATTALINO, BAT SIGNED HAND WRITTEN LETTER

Christopher "Battling" Battalino was born on February 18, 1908 in Hartford, Conn. He won the World Featherweight Title on September 23, 1929 from Andre Routis. He retired after losing to Dick Turcotte on January 30, 1940 with a final record of 57-26-3 with 1 no contest and 23 KO's. Presented here is a vintage signed letter from Bat Battalino.
This handwritten and signed letter measures 5 1/2 inches by 7 inches.The paper has the usual folds from being mailed.There are tattered edges around the paper.The letter is hand written and signed in ink and clean.Dated 1969.
