HISTORY: On June 17, 1995 WBO World Heavyweight Champion Riddick Bowe defended his title against Jorge Luis Gonzalez of Cuba at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. Gonzalez, a former Olympic Champion, came in undefeated at 23-0 with 22 ko's and many thought he had a good chance against Bowe. Instead he was exposed. His lack of good competition and amateurish habits were exploited by Bowe early and often and Gonzalez was stopped in the sixth round. Offered here is a scarce, original Temporary Credential to this event.
