HISTORY: On October 2, 1999 at the Hilton Hotel in Las Vegas light welterweights Julio Cesar Chavez and Willy Wise met for the first time. Wise pulled off the upset winning a unanimous ten round decision. Offered here is a scarce credential which was used by one of the scoring judges to gain admittance to the arena.
