COTTO, MIGUEL-DELVIN RODRIGUEZ SOUVENIR HAT (2013)

HISTORY: On October 5, 2013 at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida light middleweights Miguel Cotto and Delvin Rodriguez fought in the featured bout. Cotto stopped Rodriguez in the 3rd round. Significant nontitle light middleweight bout won by Cotto, now trained by Freddie Roach. Cotto landed 13 body shots in round one, came forward cutting off the ring and immediately broke down Rodriguez' defenses exposing him. Cotto staggered Rodriguez with an overhand right followed by a left hook near the end of round two, saved by the bell, setting up the finish. Cotto landed a huge left hook, followed by a left-right to the head, which knocked out Rodriguez 18 seconds into round three to end the bout.
