DEMPSEY, JACK SIGNED LARGE FORMAT PHOTO

Jack Dempsey was born on June 24, 1895 in Manassa, Colorado. He defeated Jess Willard on July 4, 1919 to win the World Heavyweight Title and held the title until September 23, 1926 when he lost to Gene Tunney. Dempsey announced his retirement in February of 1928 with a final record of 64-6-9 with 49 KO's. Presented here is an oversized original photo of Jack Dempsey. He has signed it to collector Duke Hott. The photo has the photographer's symbol.
Jack Dempsey has signed this 10 1/2" x 13 1/2" oversized photo in blue ink. There are small creases along the edges and there are larger creases in the upper right corner. There is some light soiling in the lower left side.
