GULLY, JOHN INK SIGNATURE (1836)

John Gully was a bare knuckle prize fighter who was born in 1783 and died in 1863.Presented here is a rare cut ink signature of Gully.
This cut ink signature measures 3 inches by 4 1/2 inches.The cut is mounted on a slightly larger piece of paper.The cuit has a red ink stamp on the right side.There is some minor wrinkling in th ecorners and light foxing from age.The signature is in ink and clean.Dtaed 1836.
