MCVEA, SAM-BILL HARRIS FULL TICKET (1909)

On June 26, 1909 at the Amphitheatre in Marseille, France heavyweight Sam MCvEa fought Bill Harris. McVea knocked Harris out in the 5th round. This was one of three fights McVea had on this date, all likely considered exhibitions. This, his only documented fight in Marseille was a one sided affair from the start. Offered here is a rare, original, full ticket for this event.
This is an original full ticket which names McVea, and the venue and which is numbered. Has two staple holes at left edge. Stubs firmly attached. Clean front and back. Not creased. Bold color and print. 3 3/4x 8 1/2."
