HISTORY: On June 28, 1994 at the Meadowlands Convention Center in Secaucus, New Jersey Arturo "Thunder" Gatti and Pete Taliaferro fought for the USBA Super Featherweight title. Gatti stopped Taliaferro in the first round. Also on the show in a welterweight bout Buddy McGirt won a ten round decision over Kevin Pompey.
