HART, MARVIN-MIKE SCHRECK ORIGINAL PHOTO (1909-SQUARING OFF)

On July 26, 1909 at the Lakeview Theatre in Terre Haute, Indiana former world heavyweight champion Marvin Hart fought Mike Schreck in a featured bout. Schreck prevailed stopping Hart in the 4th round. Offered here is an original, first generation photo which depicts the two fighters squaring off before the fight.
This is an original, first generation photo with photographer stamp for E.W.Smith at lower right. Bold, clear image. Slight discoloration at upper right, otherwise clean front and back. Not creased or torn. Minor corner wear. 6 1/2" x 8 1/2." Rare, the first we have offered.
