On August 10, 1896 at the Academy Of Music in New York heavyweights Steve O'Donnell and Jim Hall were scheduled to fight an important divisional matchup. O'Donnell coming off a poor performance at the hands of Peter Maher was looking to reinstate himself in the heavyweight picture and a shot at Frank Slavin. The fight was to be held under the management of Tom O'Rourke, but the match fell out. Offered here is an original, full ticket for the event.
