JOHNSON, JACK SOUVENIR PIN (1910-JEFFRIES FIGHT)

On July 4, 1910 in Reno, Nevada heavyweight champion Jack Johnson defended his title against former champion James J. Jeffries. This was a widely anticipated bout. Johnson completely outclassed Jeffries and stopped him in defense of his crown. Offered here is a rare, vintage, souvenir pin from the fight entitled, "TOO MUCH JOHNSON."
This is an original, metallic, souvenir pin. Pin is firmly attached to the back. Manufacturing sticker on the reverse from the Meek Company. Bold color and print. Not nicked or dented. No pitting. Clean. 3/4 inch diamter.
