Isiah "Ike" Williams won the vacant World Lightweight Title on August 4, 1947 defeating Bob Montgomery in six rounds in Philadelphia. He defended the title five times before losing it to Jimmy Carter in 1951. Presented here is a signed promotional photo of Ike Williams.
