PATTERSON, FLOYD-BRIAN LONDON FULL TICKET (1959)

On May 1, 1959 Heavyweight Champion Floyd Patterson defended his title against British contender Brian London at the Coliseum on the State Fairgrounds in Indianapolis, Indiana. This was Patterson's fourth title defense and it was successful. He stopped London in the eleventh round. Presented here is a full, official unused ticket to the event.
This full, unused official ticket names both fighters. The section, row and seat number were neatly written in. In nice condition. No creases, rips or tears. Stub firmly attached. Nice illustration of two fighters in action in the background. Very slight edge and corner wear. A nice example of a seldom seen full ticket. 2 1/2" x 6 3/8".
