On July 27, 1908 at the Coliseum Athletic Club in New Yor City former world middleweight champion Billy Papke and Sailor Burke conducted a 6 round exhibition as the star attraction of the evning. Offered here is an original, vintage postcard which was used to advertise this event.
This is an original, vintage postcard which names the fighters, venue and date. Bold color and print. Clean front and back. Not creased, but does have a mild compression at lower center. Minor corner wear. 3 1/2" x 5 1/2."
