HISTORY: On April 14, 1986 at the Las Vegas Hilton Michael Spinks defended his heavyweight title against the man he won it from, Larry Holmes. In a very close fight Spinks emerged victorious winning a 15 round split decision. Offered here is a scarce on site poster from this event which has been signed by Larry Holmes.
