On February 7, 1961 at the Sam Houston Coliseum in Houston, Texas heavyweights Cleveland "Big Cat" Williams and Wayne Bethea met in the main event. Williams prevailed winning a tough ten round decision. Offered here is a very scarce on site poster to this event.
This is an original, illustrated, cardboard on site poster. Images are sharp and bold. Color and print remain strong. Edge and corner wear. Minor border tears with no carboard loss. Clear tape repairs at center and at Bethea's picture with no cardboard loss. Slightly curled. 22" x 28."
