Held on December 17, 1932. Signed on the cover by Jack Dempsey and Joe Jacobs (future Max Schmeling manager, and on the inside on his photo by James Farley.
This is an 8 page program including covers. Dempsey has signed in ink, while Jacobs and Farley have signed in pencil. Has a center crease. Mild cover soiling. Edge and corner wear. Tight binding with ornate string intact. 6 1/2" x 9 1/2."
