HISTORY: On December 30, 2014 at the Metropolitan Gym in Tokyo, Japan WBO Super Flyweight champion Omar Andres Narvaez defended his title against Naoya Inoue. Inoue knocked out Narvaez in the 2nd round to capture the title. For WBO World Super Flyweight title held by Narvaez, the BoxRec worldwide number one ranked super flyweight. Narvaez was down twice in first, and twice in second by unbeaten Inoye of Japan, WBC World Light Flyweight champion. Upon the fourth knockdown by Inoye, a down and out Narvaez was counted out on all fours. Inoye wins WBO world title.
