On March 13, 1931 at Madison Square Garden in New York heavyweights Tommy Loughran of Philadelphia and Ernie Schaaf squared off in the main event. Loughran, outweighed by 18 pounds, continued his rise in the division winning a unanimous ten round decision. Offered here is an official program to this event.
